Heat 1 (9 laps) all drivers compete in sessions

Final (top 8 drivers) to determine the winner (functions with 22+ drivers will have 2 finals [top 16 drivers])

14 – 18 drivers - 60 minutes plus arrival 15 minutes prior
19 – 27 drivers – 85 minutes plus arrival 15 minutes prior
28 – 36 drivers – 120 minutes plus arrival 15 minutes prior

Kart World Racing Rules
Our friendly and experienced staff are dedicated to providing you with a fun, adrenalin pumping experience on each and every one of your visits to Kart World, however to ensure the safety of all patrons we do have some rules and conditions that must be followed:
- Children must be a minimum of 10 years old and 1.45 metres in height to drive their own Kart.
- All drivers under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian fill out the consent section on our membership form.
- I.D. must be shown by 18+ drivers. Adults signing for 18 or under drivers must produce I.D
- No outside food/drink permitted. No anti social behaviour is accepted.
- No abuse or harassment of staff tolerated.
- All long hair must be secured inside hair net and helmet.
- All loose clothing must be restrained or removed, no scarves, hoodies etc.
- Enclosed shoes must be worn.
- You are entering a 20 Lap race. The first driver to reach 20 laps signals the end of the race. Staff decisions are final and NOT negotiable
- Staff reserve the right not to sell tickets to anyone believed under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Kart World Go Kart Track, Perth WA
Our indoor go kart track is conveniently located in Belmont, less than 10km from the Perth CBD. Established in 1989 our kart track is considered to be the best in Western Australia, engineered for both speed and skill, to suit both new and experienced drivers.
Our Kart Track is open for 10am – 10pm every day of the year (except xmas day) providing fun & excitement all year round for the whole family. You can drop into the track for a casual arrive & drive go Karting experience or book the track for a private function for family and friends, a fun and unique venue for kids parties, corporate team building, bucks parties & even hens nights!
Our Go Karts
Our Go Karts are top of the range, German engineered Rimo Karts - the Porsches of Go Kart’s, and Kart World has five types of Kart’s to suit a range of driving levels, from dual karts with dual seats & steering for the young ones to Super Elite Go Karts – the fastest Kart’s in Australia!
Go Kart League Racing
Kart World now has regular league racing competitions running throughout the year.
Get together a group of mates, or sign up by yourself and come down and test your go kart racing skills against the rest of Perth!
The winner will recieve a paintballing 'Ruby Package' valued at approximately $300. Competitions run Tuesday night every fortnight for 12 weeks see below for dates and times.

Go Kart League Racing fees
Total Cost $360
This fee can be paid upfront upon registering and you will receive a $10 discount or alteratively it can be paid in weekly instalments (see option 1 below)
The full cost of the league racing must be paid in full before the first league night.

Racing League information and regulations
League racing will start on the 1st March 2011
Racing will be held Tuesday night every fortnight including:
1st May
15th May
29th May
12th June
26th June
10th July
Each week points will be allocated to the fastest drivers, which will accrue over the 12 weeks and determine the overall winner.
Each week the racing will be held in the following format:
Round 1:
10 laps
Round 2:
10 laps
Final:
15 lap final
Round 1 and 2: points will be allocated based on lap time with faster drivers recieving more points. Maximum points allocation per round is 10 points.
Final: points will be allocated based on lap time with faster drivers receiving more points. Maximum points allocation for final is 20 points.
Our go kart racing league is open to all levels of karts except for Brock Karts. Brock drivers are stll welcome to compete in the Senna races. Each level will race against itself only.
Each league night will require a minimum of 15 drivers for the event to qualify.
League Racing Prizes
Immediately after the league night the results will be published in an email to each attendee.
After the final if there is a tie for first place then the died drivers will do one more race on the brock karts to determine the winner.
1st place will receive a paintballing 'Ruby Package' from IPG Paintball, that includes 40 paintballing tickets and much more
Trophies will also be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

A Go Kart for Every Skill Level
Go Karting at Kart World is as simple as completing a registration form and buying a ticket. We have Go Karts to suit all driving levels and provide everything you need to jump in a kart and start racing.
1 - Dual Kart – dual seats and steering
Dual seats and two steering wheels - ideal for kids under 10 to join in the go karting fun and ride with an adult. Drivers of dual go karts must be 18+ to ride with a minor.
2 - Schumacher Kart – These are the karts used at the Michael Schumacher (F1 World Champion) Kart Centre in Germany
All new Go Karting drivers start on this level. Children must be a minimum of 10 years old and 1.45m tall to drive their own kart. Once you've mastered the Schumacher Kart, you'll be able to try out for a Senna Kart provided you also meet the age & height requirements.
3 - Senna Kart (15+) – The Late Ayton Senna (F1 World Champion) stated that karting is the purest form of racing, come in and see what he meant
This Go Kart is for the real thrill seeker. You must be a minimum of 150cm tall and 15 years of age to ride Senna Go Kart and upwards.
4 -Brock Kart (18+) - A true professional ride! Be the King of the Mountain!!
At Kart World's discretion and following a qualifying number of races you will be invited to try out the Brock level kart. A true karting professional that wants the buzz of driving a powerful, superbly maintained go kart. Our handpicked, most advanced and powerful karts are by far the fastest rental karts in Australia!
5 - Hand Control Kart - Yes the only one of its kind in Australia!
This kart was modified by us to allow those drivers who have a hand controlled car the opportiunity to have a go in a go kart. Just because you do not have the same leg use as others does not mean you have to watch your mates have all the fun.
