Corporate Bookings. We organize everything. All you have to do is turn up! Our staff are here to help you organise a safe and fun filled time of racing. This will Include a driver briefing DVD presentation, a short warm up, two heats and either one or two finals depending on the driver quantity. Each Private Function will include a Trophy Presentation & Photo on our podium as well as Race Suits and Balaclavas at no additional cost. A non-refundable deposit of 50% (track & food) is required with in 48 hours of booking. Payment in full must be made 48 hours prior to the function date.. We accept all major credit cards, (Amex attracts a 2.5% surcharge). Barter Card is welcome for track hire (not for food and drink). Catering can be arranged form our list of options Catering Menu - Here Cafe Hire is available for Meetings, Product Presentations or for your groups privacy while they consume our catering.
